Modeled after the successful peer to peer advisory, the Board Forum, this new format, called The Board Forum - GENESIS aims to help CEO's, business founders, and leaders of early stage and startup businesses, to develop their skills through peer advising and by discovering new solutions to their pressing business challenges such as; sustaining growth, developing teams, funding, adjusting strategy, planning and managing change. The Board Forum - GENESIS is focused exclusively on the unique challenges faced by early-stage businesses and membership is limited to only them.

Ideal candidates are leaders of an existing early stage, startup business who; 

• are looking to grow and scale it to the next level;

• have a significant business problem or problems that have them challenged;

• want to improve and develop their leadership and teams and;

• seek ways to invigorate their thinking to find faster routes to reach their goals.
