More Lab Space Available For Rent! Q1, 2022!
Mansfield Bio-Incubator is a proud recipient of Massachusetts Life Science Center Open Capital Program $2M Award. Combined with the matching private funding, the money has funded a 15,000 square feet expansion in a space adjacent to the current footprint. The expanded space will include state-of-the-art BSL-2 private laboratory suites of different sizes along with more private offices, huddle corners, and high-end laboratory equipment. In addition to the startups, lab space is available for rent in the Boston Area for Contract Research Organization (CROs) to serve our members and continue building the emerging Boston-Providence Life Science innovation corridor.
